I’m with thirty five years of experience in psychology and mental health, in different domains - teaching and training in clinical psychology as Lecturer in clinical psychology Christian Medical College Vellore, India , Faculty in Clinical Psychology, Medical College, Trivandrum, Dean , School of Behavioural Sciences , KCLAS, Tamil Nadu, India . Besides I was Examiner and Faculty for Psychiatry ( National Board of Examinations) , Co-ordinator, MPhil Clinical Psychology program, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. Member, Board of Studies in University of Kerala and Calicut. Also I served as Consultant in various national and international bodies like Central Board of Secondary Education, National Council for Educational Research and Training, National Adolescents Resource Team , National Aids Control Organisation etc . I have been a training faculty in Institute of Management in Government, Center for Management Development , Child Development Center etc . I have been an invited speaker for various international and national conferences in mental health, psychology and related areas including Five Continents Congress on Globalisation and Mental Health, held at Claud Bernard University, Lyon , France . I have many publications in high indexed , peer reviewed National and International Journals, apart from being in a editorial board of Indian Journal of Clinical Psychology. I have been active in professional organisational leadership also including General Secretary and President of Indian Association of Clinical Psychologists. I’m the Founder Chairman of a national NGO registered under Niti Ayog in Mental Health- Mental Health Action by People ( MAP) . I have been a host and expert in Talk Shows in different visual media and print in mental health. Thus , I have substantially contributed in the Academic, Research, Service, and Administrative domains of Behavioural Sciences with a proven leadership
